Clean, great business hotel. Reasonably large and well-appointed rooms with good facilities and AFFABLE staff. Absolutely perfect location, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Centervale Shopping.

This was my second stay in the last 2 years.I was happy with everything . .

The only issue this time was the noise from the Dutra highway,eventhough we were on the 7th floor. We had to use the earplugs to get a good night sleep.Ask for the room on the other side of the highway

I had a fantastic stay; the room was super spacious and very clean, offering a great area for relaxation and work. The location is perfect, right by the highway and next to a huge shopping mall, plus the staff were friendly and helpful.

Breakfast items could benefit from more local fruit options.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Price was really excellent (some 60 Euro for a really good hotel is really worth it). While the negative list appears lonbger, these were actually minor things.

Well, it is right in front of the Dutra Motorway. Seeing this in earlier comments I asked for one of the rooms facing the back. The person doing the checkin was apparently oblivious about the room numbering and gave me one facing directly to the front. A phone call fixed that and he gave me another nicer room (actually a suite). Not that I could make much use of it, but the attitude was good. Also the person and another one the next day had issues with using the credit card terminal for paying.Only after intervention by a third emplpoyee could this be sorted.

The room was spacious and included a mini fridge which I found to be very convenient. Breakfast had diverse local dishes that were quite delicious. Located near a large shopping mall it.

Had a great time at this place, especially enjoying the mini fridge that I could stock up and the tasty local dishes at breakfast. The outdoor pool and steam room were perfect. The bathroom door was a bit quirky, but it didn't ruin my stay at all-just a heads up 🏨

The noise from the nearby highway was disruptive at night, and the bar was missing key ingredients for cocktails. Despite some challenges, it offered a great value for its location near shopping.

The spacious Executive Double Room included a cozy living area, a nice breakfast, and a friendly staff. The bathroom doorknob stuck occasionally. Still, the great value and location near shopping made it worthwhile. I would happily return.

I stayed for three nights in an Executive Double Room and was kinda surprised by its space and cleanliness. The room featured a cozy sofa, a small freezer, and fast wifi. The breakfast was a highlight with a great variety of options, and the pool area was perfect for relaxation. The bathroom doorknob was a bit problematic, as it frequently got stuck.

Excellent place with fast wi-fi, a relaxing outdoor pool, and 24-hour reception service. I'll never forget how staff found my lost hairbrush during my first stay. I highly recommend trying the breakfast!
